The vision of LaLaport Management Co.,Ltd. (the “Company”) is to make a retail facility, which is a space for consumers in the cities, more attractive.

IT revolution such as the internet has progressed on a worldwide level, and consumers’ tastes are diversified and decentralized. Therefore, the Company is requested to respond differently from the past. In other word, in light of importance of customer’s personal information, the Company will establish an interactive One-to-One Relationship with customers.

The Company will continue to provide individualized goods and services and to seek impressive space for consumers.

The Company establishes the Personal Information Protection Policy described below and handles customer’s important personal information safely to provide goods and services used by customers with confidence and peace of mind.

1. When the Company obtains personal information, the Company shall clearly specify the purpose of utilizing such personal information, and notify or announce to customers. The Company shall not obtain any personal information beyond the extent necessary to achieve the purpose specified.
2. If the Company uses personal information beyond the purpose of use which is notified or announced when obtaining it, the Company shall clearly specify such other purpose and obtain prior consent of the customer.
3. The Company shall not disclose or provide any customer’s personal information to any third party except the following events:
   

   (1)	If accepted by the customer
   (2)	If the Company complies with laws and regulations; or
   (3)	If the Company discloses personal information to its group companies, affiliated entities and trustees to a reasonable extent to provide goods and services to customers.

4. The Company may entrust its business operations regarding personal information to third parties. In these cases, the Company will, by way of contracts, prohibit such third parties from leaking and re-entrusting and re-providing personal information without prior consent of the Company, request such third parties to take safety measures as the same level of the Company and take necessary supervision.
5. The Company carries out reasonable precaution and takes safety measures against the risk such as illegal access to personal information held by the Company, loss, destruction, falsification and leak of personal information.
6. To ensure that personal information shall be protected, the Company will establish its internal rules relating to handling of personal information, organize a system to protect personal information held by the Company such as arrangement of personal information manager in each department, and manage personal information appropriately. The Company promotes education and training programs for employees to enhance their awareness toward the protection of personal information.
7. The Company will take appropriate measures to keep personal information accurate and up to date at the request of customers. The Company will respond to confirmation, correction and disclosure of customer’s personal information, etc. to a reasonable and necessary extent. Please contact the information desk set up for each service for inquiries and consultation. If information desk has not been set up, please contact the “customer information desk” described below.
8. The Company will comply with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and other relevant laws and regulations concerning personal information. The Company will make efforts to review continuously and improve the internal rules relating to handling of personal information and management system to implement such rules.
