4. Personal information of the customer who inquired regarding the Retail Facilities and wrote their information in each inquiry (e.g. name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number, contents of inquiry).

(2) Purpose of Use of the Customer’s Personal Information

The Company shall use the Customer’s Personal Information only for the purpose below.

1. The Company uses the Customer’s Personal Information to introduce, offer or ask information, by the Company and the tenants which open in the Retail Facilities, to the members, concerning special benefit  corresponding to accumulated annual purchase amount, change of the point system, information on merchandise, campaign, sales, benefit from points, events, presents, trouble in connection with merchandise purchased, difference of purchased price and difference of additional point, etc thorough telephone, e-mail to personal computer and cellular phone and postal matter such as letter and post card. Even if you refuse to accept services described above in the application sheet, the information only concerning special benefit corresponding to accumulated annual purchase amount, change of the point system, trouble in connection with merchandise purchased, difference of purchased price and difference of additional point may be sent thorough telephone, e-mail to personal computer and cellular phone and postal matter such as letter and post card.
2. The Company uses the Customer’s Personal Information for the analysis of customer trend, examination of the effect of sales promotion and planning of sales promotion to achieve the purposes mentioned in the precedent item.
3. The Company uses the Customer’s Personal Information to send information on the goods and services concerning clothing, diet, inhabitation and amenity of customers such as fashion, interior, reform, change of house, gardening, DIY, gourmet, sports, health, tourism, hotel and resort, etc.
4. In addition to the purposes described in (2) 1, (2) 2 and (2) 3, the Company uses the Customer’s Personal Information in the case the Company has obtained prior consent of the customers

The Company may provide the Customer’s Personal Information to proprietor of the Retail Facilities, shop or tenant in the Retail Facilities and affiliated entities of the Company, etc. for the purpose of (2) “Purpose of Use of the Customer’s Personal Information”.

The Customer’s Personal Information shall be provided to third parties with proper care for safety.

If the customer requests the Company to refrain from providing the Customer’s Personal Information to third parties, the Company shall stop providing it immediately.

In the event the Company is requested by applicable laws or it is necessary to protect rights, property or safety, etc. of other customers or the Company, the Company may provide the information to third parties other than parties described above.

The Company may entrust the Customer’s Personal Information to third parties for the smoothness of the Company’s activity or administration. In this case, the Company shall provide the information only after confirming security level of such third parties and executing secrecy agreement.

(4) Concerning Cookies

Please request to the address mentioned in the precedent paragraph describing the nature of request (disclosure, correction or cessation of use), name, address, telephone number, member’s number, and method of contact (mailing, facsimile or e-mail) and attaching a copy of document for confirming the principal (a copy in case of public  certificate such as driver’s license, passport, health insurance card or certificate of national pension, etc., two (2) or more copies in case of receipt of public charges,  receipt or certificates of national tax or local tax, certificate of student or certificate of other membership including principal’s facial photo, etc.).
